All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after confirmation.
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Once your order is processed, it will be dispatched for delivery.

2. Shipping Timeline

Estimated delivery time:
- Within India: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–20 business days (if applicable)
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location and external factors.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs charges (for international orders) must be borne by the customer.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to reflect.

5. Delays

AAMI is not responsible for delays caused by:

Courier partners
Weather conditions
Customs clearance (for international orders)
Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, re-shipping charges will apply.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

Once an order is shipped, AAMI is not liable for lost or stolen packages.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos).

8. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they are placed.
